These terms apply to your use of rocket-jump.com (the “site”), run by Rocket Jump (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The site is information, not a contract for services
The site describes what we do. Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a client relationship or oblige either of us to work together. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.
Enquiries you send
When you contact us, please give accurate information and only share what you’re entitled to share. We treat enquiries with care and use them only as described in our Privacy Policy, but sending an enquiry doesn’t create a confidentiality agreement. If you need one before sharing details, tell us and we’ll put one in place. You keep ownership of anything you send us.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or abusive content;
- try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to build a competing service;
- pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection to anyone.
Our content
The Rocket Jump name, logo, design, text and other original material on the site belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site for personal or internal business use, but you may not reuse our branding or content without written permission. Some photography and video belong to their respective owners and are used under licence; NASA footage is credited and does not imply NASA endorsement.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Content on the site is general information, not professional advice for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Rocket Jump will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new date, and continued use of the site after that means you accept the changes.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver of it. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
